Vegan Chocolate Pudding
Vegan Chocolate Pudding
Method
  • Sift all of the dry ingredients (cocoa powder and corn starch) in to a bowl.
  • Slowly add the coconut cream and water while continuously whisking.
  • Add the agave syrup and maple syrup and continue whisking until completely incorporated.
  • Transfer to a pot and place over medium heat.
  • Whisk continuously to avoid any lumps from forming.
  • Add the vanilla extract and continue whisking for about 7-8 minutes, until the mixture thickens.
  • When ready, transfer to serving glasses and allow to cool.
  • Serve with your choice of fruit or with dairy free heavy cream or coconut cream along with blueberries and strawberries.
