- 500 g beef liver
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 100 g corn flour
- 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3-4 sun dried tomatoes
- 4-5 sprigs thyme, only the leaves
- 1 sprig rosemary , only the leaves

- Wash the liver and cut into 1-2 cm slices.
- Cut the onion in half and then thinly slice.
- Thinly slice the garlic and the sun dried tomatoes.
- Dredge the slices of liver in the corn flour and tap with your hands to remove excess flour.
- Place a pan over medium to high heat. Add the olive oil and let it get hot.
- Add the liver and onions. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
- Stir with a wooden spoon, add the garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes on both sides.
- Add the vinegar, honey, sun dried tomatoes and finely chopped aromatics.
- Lightly stir and remove from heat.
- Season with salt and pepper (sparingly since the sun dried tomatoes are salty).
