Greek pulled pork roll

    It is usually followed when someone is allergic to nuts.


For the marinade

  • In a bowl, add the pepper, allspice, chili flakes, paprika, sugar, salt, the bouillon cube crushed with your hands, and mix with a spoon.

For the meat

  • Preheat the oven to 150ο C (302ο F) set to fan.
  • Cut the onions into quarters, divide their leaves, and spread them on a baking pan.
  • Place the pork on top, and brush with the olive oil and mustard.
  • Spread the marinade and make sure it covers the whole surface of the pork.
  • Add the beer into the baking pan, cover with parchment paper and aluminum foil, and make sure it is well sealed.
  • Bake for 3 ½ -4 hours.
  • Divide the meat using two forks, and mix with the sauce and onions.
