- Remove rind from watermelon (remove the green and white parts).
- Cut the watermelon into pieces and remove the seeds.
- Beat the watermelon in the blender until it turns into a juice.
- Place a strainer over a bowl. Pass the mixture through the strainer to remove any seeds left in the juice.
- Pour the juice into round popsicle molds, leaving 1 ½ cm empty space from the top.
- Put the molds to the freezer for at least 2 hours, until they thicken and a small ice crust has formed on the juice.
- Peel the kiwi and cut it into 6-8 round slices, 0.5 cm thick.
- Use a cookie-cutter to cut the kiwi in such a way, so that its diameter is equal to the mold. Place a kiwi slice on top of the frozen juice.
- Insert popsicle stick. Put in freezer for at least 5 hours.
