Peach Sorbet
Peach Sorbet
Method
  • Peel the peaches, remove pits and thinly slice them.
  • Transfer to a food bag or to a solid container and place in the freezer for 2 hours.
  • Beat in a blender along with the water, sugar and lemon zest, until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately or place in freezer again.
  • Garnish with finely chopped peaches.
