Caramelized bacon
Method
  • Preheat oven to 200* C (390* F) Fan.
  • Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil.
  • In a bowl, combine the brown sugar and sweet paprika with a spoon.
  • Spread the slices of bacon on the baking sheets, making sure they don’t touch one another.
  • Sprinkle the sugar-paprika mixture over the bacon until completely coated.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until they are crunchy and nicely caramelized.
  • When ready, remove from oven and use a pair of tongs to transfer the bacon slices to a wire rack.
  • Allow to cool completely and serve.
