- Preheat the oven to 200ο C (392ο F) set to fan.
- Place the sandwich bread slices onto your working surface, drizzle with 3 tablespoons olive oil, and add pepper.
- Place the cheese and ham slices onto the 4 bread slices, and cover with the remaining 4 ones, by making 4 sandwiches.
- Cut them diagonally and place each piece next to the other, so that a round pizza crust is created.
- Spread 1 tablespoon olive oil, add the tomato sauce and spread the whole surface of the crust with a spoon.
- Add the mixed cheeses, the pepper cut into rounds, the cherry tomatoes in half, and the bacon cut in half.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove and serve.
