Farfalle with chicken a la crème

  • Nuts Free Diet

    It is usually followed when someone is allergic to nuts.


  • Place a pot over high heat and let it get very hot.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, onions and bacon.
  • Sauté for 1-2 minutes and add the bell pepper, minced garlic and thyme.
  • Add the chicken and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden.
  • Add the wine, bouillon cube and heavy cream.
  • Mix and bring to a boil.
  • Then add the water and the farfalle pasta. Stir often for about 15 minutes, until the pasta cooks.
  • When ready, remove from heat and add the basil, pepper, corn and parmesan. Mix.
  • Place lid on pot and set it aside for 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
  • Serve with basil leaves and freshly ground pepper.
