Many people who fast during this time of year find it a little difficult to keep it going happily! They complain that they don’t have a lot of choices, that they eat more at mealtime and that there is not enough variety for snacks!  


Well, that’s what I’m here for! To solve all of these little troubles you may be facing in any kind of diet! I have collected 5 of my favorite recipes for nutritious snacks that you can enjoy any time of day to help you curb your appetite and give you a little boost of energy!


They are perfect to make during Holy Week, when you have probably already been fasting for a while and you may find yourself craving for something a little tastier or more nutritious. They are quick and easy to make, healthy, nutritious and super tasty.
