This is how kids will never say “NO” to fruits

It’s time for kids to love their fruits. How? This is exactly what we are going to talk about in this blog post! Why are we talking about this now? Because summer is coming to an end and along with it, all these delicious fruits that kids enjoy with greater ease and pleasure. So? How can you keep your kid’s interest in fruits undiminished throughout the year? I will answer you right away by giving you some simple advice and some yummy ideas!

#1 Always keep fruits in plain sight and ever-ready. Inside a bowl, beautifully decorated, into baskets, or in the refrigerator placed on a shelf that kids can reach. In that way, fruits will always be a quick and easy snack choice ;-)

#2 Play not only with flavors but also with textures! Prepare a rich fruit salad. Put it on the table, encourage your kids to try it and tell you if some fruit is crunchy, soft, juicy, etc. It is incredible how many different and tasty fruits there are! And since we are talking about fruit salads, I have a super recipe for you, Fruit salad with fruit sauce. Of course, you can use various fresh fruits according to their seasonality.

#3 Make some yummy smoothies. Specialists advise us to prefer fruits in their original form. However, juices and -of course- smoothies can help you make some fruits more interesting for the kids. It is ok to keep that in mind. This Cocoa banana smoothie is a delicious alternative.
