Summer Party | Vol. 1

Where in the middle of summer and the Kitchen Lab had decided to open there doors and invite there good friends and sponsors for a evening of fun!!

The response from our guests to our "Thursday Roast" party which we organized was warm and welcoming.  The "IDEA"..to drink cold beer, and taste our kitchen cuisine skills and wish everyone a great summer was a wonderful hit!!

Our guest had to choose from 5 different flavor bagels to accompany with there choice of meat and sauce of the tasting!!! I can honestly say it went very well!!

The choice of our meats was for everyones likings, the live carving line amazed all with my Piccata Imperial Chicken, Leg of Lamb, Roast Beef and Roast Leg of Pork!!

With 12 different sauces to choose from!! From our bright green guacamole, kaponata eggplant, mango chutney and chili jam.

You all requested the recipes from that evening and like always I can't say no!!  Shortly you will be able to find them on my site...prepare, combine and play with the flavors as you like!

I would like to give a really big thanks to all my sponsors in helping me with our party!  Fresh meats from Andriopoulos, cold beer from Heineken and refreshing ice cream from Kostantinidis!!!
