Kick-starting your appetizers!!

Tell the truth…. How hard is it for you to decide which appetizer to make when you are preparing a dinner party? Choosing a main dish is easier, since we usually pick dishes we know well and have made before…. so we end up making our specialty dish!

But what about appetizers? After choosing which salads to make, you need to keep in mind what main dish you will be serving so that there are alternating flavors. What I mean is that… if your main dish is pasta or rice… your appetizer shouldn’t be made with potatoes…. or if your main dish has a lot of cheese in it… the appetizer shouldn’t have too much cheese in it.

I have some ideas for great appetizers that are easy to make, taste great and are also quite impressive!
