Account Manager

 

Job description:

  • Handle clients’ accounts and being the contact person for all key clients’ matters, manage clients’ expectations, build and secure clients’ satisfaction
  • Maintain and grow excellent long-term relationships with the company’s existing clients
  • Implement the day-to-day tasks
  • Achieve the KPIs agreed with the clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Performance monitoring, budgeting, invoicing 
  • Coordinate internal teams to ensure the projects are being delivered on time
  • Gather feedback from clients
  • Monitor the local competition 

 

Requirements:

  • BSc/MA in Marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience as Account Manager
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Client-facing and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and experienced in directing others
  • Able to work under pressure and to deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Able to build trustworthy relationships with the company’s clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with budget management and cost control
  • Marketing oriented and creative way of thinking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable in creating reports and delivering executive presentations
  • Able to work well with others and be a team-player
  • Travel availability.
