I love this recipe… I started this process a few years ago when I really wanted to put to better use the grapes that had started becoming soft… I didn’t want to throw them away so I started the pickling process! A secret recipe that I never revealed to anyone other than friends when they came over and tried it along with a little cheese! So, today I’m revealing it to everyone… Don’t forget to serve them along with your favorite cheese!!
- Cut stems off a large bunch of grapes and separate in to smaller bunches.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to a pot and boil over medium to high heat for 4 minutes stirring constantly with a ladle until the sugar has melted.
- Allow to cool completely.
- Wash and dry the grapes and place them in a hot and sterilized jar.
- Cover the grapes with the vinegar mixture and seal the jar.
- Does not need to be stored in the refrigerator.
