- 250 g coarse semolina
- 250 g date paste
- Pinch of salt
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey

- Make a date paste by heating 1 tbsp of butter and the date in a pan until softened.
- Roast semolina in a pan on a medium heat, keep stirring, until its golden brown.
- Transfer to a bowl. Add butter, date paste and honey.
- Mix ingredients together and roll into balls.
- Let them cool.
