Method

For the dulce de leche

  • Put the 4 cans of sweetened condensed milk into the pressure cooker.
  • Cover with the water and transfer on heat.
  • Seal with the lid, turn the safety valve to the proper pressure indicator, lower the heat, and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
  • Depressurize the pressure cooker, remove, and set aside to cool well.

For the banoffee

  • Crumble the cookies with your hands and share them between 4 glasses.
  • Open one can of dulce de leche and share it between the glasses.
  • Cut a banana and share it between the glasses.
  • Share the whipped cream, the chocolate couverture, and serve.
