- 430 g puff pastry sheets
- 50 g butter, melted
- 40 g granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon(s) cinnamon, ground
- 1 egg yolk, diluted in 2 tablespoons water

- Preheat the oven to 180ο C (350ο F) set to fan.
- With a rolling pin, roll out the puff pastry onto your working surface so that its surface becomes thinner and wider.
- With a pastry brush, spread the melted butter over the whole surface of the puff pastry.
- In a bowl, mix the sugar with the cinnamon.
- Sprinkle half of the mixture over the whole surface of the puff pastry.
- Fold the puff pastry in half and cut into 1-2 cm strips.
- Twist the strips and spread them with the diluted yolk.
- Sprinkle with the remaining sugar-cinnamon mixture.
- Put the twists in a baking pan lined with parchment paper, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the puff pastry is golden.
- Remove and serve.
