Rice pudding with Matcha tea
Rice pudding with Matcha tea

  • Easy to make..
  • Put the rice in the boiling water and slowly simmer covered for 5 minutes. Drain rice and discard water.
  • Boil the milk with Sugar (A), zest, salt and add the rice. Simmer till most of the liquid is gone. Be careful and watch it making sure it is not burned. Let it cool to room temperature. Add Vanilla extract and the tea dilluted in a little milk.
  • Beat the cream and sugar (B) lightly. Fold in the rice mixture.
  • Serve in glasses with some caramelized quinces some streusel or cookie crumble!!!
  • Enjoy!
