For those of you who have not discovered Carob powder I have a special treat for you! Carob is a tropical pod that contains a sweet, edible pulp and inedible seeds. After drying, the pulp is roasted and ground into a powder that resembles cocoa powder, but does not have the same flavor and texture as chocolate. You can try substituting chocolate with carob powder. It is much healthier and very tasty with a sweet taste, since it contains a large amount of glucose. You will love it!
