- Preheat a conventional oven to 170°C (338° F).
- Spread some parchment paper onto a baking pan and add all of the ingredients, apart from the ginger and the tea.
- Bake for 5 minutes, until your spices start to smell nicely.
- Remove from the pan, let them cool for a while, then add them to the food processor and beat them until they are coarsely grated.
- Let them cool completely, mix them with the ginger and the tea and divide the mixture into jars.
- Leave the mixture into water that has a 90°C (194° F) temperature, for 3-4 minutes. You want the tea to strain naturally, so don’t press the leaves and the other ingredients.
- Serve into mugs. For every mug (250 g) of water, add 1 tablespoon of the tea blend.
Do not bake into a convection oven so that the air does not take away the spices’ seeds.
