Method
- Cut the baguette in 10 large, oblique slices.
- Heat the butter in a large pan.
- Add the slices to the pan and toast them for 1 minute on each side.
- In a bowl, mix the blue cheese, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce with a fork until homogenized.
- Spread the blue cheese mixture on the slices.
- Cut the pears in slices.
- Remove pit and spread the pear slices on top of the bread slices. Sprinkle with walnuts and drizzle with honey.
- Serve on top of rocket leaves.
