The orange is one of our most favorite citrus fruits. We can find it all year round but it is at its tastiest and sweetest in January, February and March!

They are less or more aromatic depending on the variety and quality. It is interesting to know that there are 160 different kinds of varieties of oranges.

Sometimes they may have a more bitter taste. This is due to the essential oils in the peel that have penetrated into the flesh.

Everyone knows that oranges are rich in vitamin C.

They are very high in nutritional value and a very beneficial part of our our diets.
