Pressure-cooker dulce de leche
  • Put the cans of sweetened condensed milk into the pressure cooker.
  • Cover with the water and transfer on heat.
  • Seal with the lid, turn the safety valve to the proper pressure indicator, lower the heat, and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
  • Depressurize the pressure cooker, remove, and set aside to cool well.
  • It is ready for a banoffee or a chocolate banoffee.
  • You can store them for 1-2 months at room temperature.
