Pressure-cooker dulce de leche
- Put the cans of sweetened condensed milk into the pressure cooker.
- Cover with the water and transfer on heat.
- Seal with the lid, turn the safety valve to the proper pressure indicator, lower the heat, and simmer for 40-50 minutes.
- Depressurize the pressure cooker, remove, and set aside to cool well.
- It is ready for a banoffee or a chocolate banoffee.
- You can store them for 1-2 months at room temperature.
