How to roll an omelet
- Cook an omelet in a pan, making sure it’s quite thin.
- Place 2 paper towels on half of the plate, letting the other half hang over the edge.
- Place the omelette on the plate, one end in the middle of the plate.
- Use both hands to take hold of the paper towels, lift them and roll the omelet without even coming into contact with it.
- When you get to the edge, your rolled omelet is ready!
