How to roll an omelet
  • Cook an omelet in a pan, making sure it’s quite thin.
  • Place 2 paper towels on half of the plate, letting the other half hang over the edge.
  • Place the omelette on the plate, one end in the middle of the plate.
  • Use both hands to take hold of the paper towels, lift them and roll the omelet without even coming into contact with it.
  • When you get to the edge, your rolled omelet is ready!
