How to steam Fish without a steamer
  • Place a pot over high heat
  • Add a stainless steel cooking ring in the center of the pot
  • Add enough water to almost reach the top of the ring
  • Securely balance a plate that fits in the pot, over the ring
  • To prepare the fish, simply drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and season with salt and pepper (use any kind of fish you like)
  • When the water comes to a boil, transfer the fish on to the plate in the pot and cover with a lid. (The salmon fillet needs to cook for 6-8 minutes and the sea-beam fillet needs to cook for 4-6 minutes)
  • When ready, serve with steamed vegetables, drizzle with some extra virgin olive oil and garnish with a couple of lime or lemon wedges
  • Enjoy your steamed fish that was so easy to prepare!
