5 dishes you would never imagine they could become vegan

A Bolognese without…ground meat. An omelet without eggs and Greek soutzoukakia without meat. “Are you kidding us?”, you will wonder. No, I’m being serious! But I’ll tell you one thing: As soon as you try these recipes, you’ll definitely be amazed! Why? Because you won't miss any of their usual main ingredients. They are vegan -and Lenten as well- and they are full of aromas and flavor. All you have to do to be convinced is to gather their ingredients, get in your kitchen, and cook them. They do not contain meat, eggs, or milk, and -generally- their preparations do not include any kind of product of animal origin. So, what do you think? Shall we take a look at them one by one?
