We are, of course, talking about the whipped cream which has the power to enhance not only the flavor, but also the appearance of a dessert. - Beat it fast and until thickened! Be careful at this point. It is important to beat your whipped cream until it thickens and then, to stop since if you keep beating more than needed, it will curdle.
- For even more intense aromas and flavors, you can (if you want) add a little vanilla, a liqueur that you like, even a little cognac.
