Carrots bring to mind another animated favorite.. Bugs Bunny!

Orange is the color that comes to mind when thinking about carrots but they also come in other varieties and their colors are white, red, yellow and purple! 

They are extremely beneficial to our health.

Carrots are an exceptional source of antioxidants. Full of beta carotene which helps protect eye sight and night vision. 

According to Pythagoras, the first vegetarian!, and the Pythagorian diet... each vegetable resembles a part of the body that it is good for! For example the cross section of the carrot resembles the human eye. Science admits today that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to the eyes and generally enhance eye function.
