Another variety of edible flowers that has been cultivated in Greece since the 16th century BC.

The cauliflower originated in the Eastern Mediterranean basin. It was well known in Ancient Greece and Egypt.

There are many types of cauliflower that come in different colors, like white, yellow or purple. Another beautiful type of cauliflower is the Romanesco. It is green with a visually striking fractal form.

They are low in fat and carbohydrates and high in vitamin c, fiber, folate and water which gives them high nutritional density. 

It is a type of super food which provides energy and is suitable for everyone.
