How to infuse olive oil

You will need 4 glass bottles that can hold 250 ml of olive oil each.

Add 2 sprigs of rosemary to the first bottle to make rosemary infused olive oil, which is very good when used in marinades for chicken and meats. 

Add the rind of 1 lemon to the second bottle to make lemon infused olive oil, which is very good when used in salad dressings.

Add the rind of 1 orange to the third bottle to make orange infused olive oil, which is very good when used in marinades for chicken and meats.

Add 10 sage leaves to the fourth bottle to make sage infused olive oil, which is also very good when used in marinades for chicken and meats.

Fill the bottles with extra virgin olive oil and seal. 

Store the bottles in a dark, cool place for 2 weeks before using to allow them to be infused properly. 

They should be consumed within 2 months.
